79年発売で邦題は「ラジオ・スターの悲劇」。
1980年代のシンセポップやニュー・ウェイヴの代表的な曲と知られています。
また、この曲は、MTVが始まった当時、最初に放送された曲としても知られており、MTVの普及に大きな役割を果たしたと言われています。
